The black arrow indicates a macrophage with magenta cytoplasmic granules. The red arrow indicates an atypical (neoplastic) lymphocyte with abnormal morphology as described above in the text. Also present are nondegenerate neutrophils, eosinophils and a reactive fibroblast (seen just below the neoplastic lymphocyte).
