Figure 1: Thoracic radiograph from a 13 year old cat with dyspnea and a pleural effusion

A large soft tissue mass is present in the thorax (arrow) with a moderate amount of pleural fluid in lateral thoracic radiograph. Lungs are compressed caudodorsally by the mass and the fluid. A smaller soft tissue mass is evident in the cranial abdomen (arrowhead) and there is osteoarthrosis in the shoulder.
