ANBE: The tumor cells showed weak to moderate (black arrow) diffuse cytoplasmic reactivity with ANBE. This diffuse ANBE staining pattern is typical of monocytes versus lymphocytes, which can have focal or chunky positive cytoplasmic granules. SBB: The tumor cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic granularity. CAE: Tumor cells were negative, whereas a neutrophil, was weakly positive (arrow). 100x objective for all images.
