Bone marrow aspirate from a horse with bicytopenia and hyperglobulinemia, 50x Wright’s stain.
The majority of the cells are round cells with a plasmacytoid appearance. A few polychromatophilic metarubricytes (red arrows) are intercalated amongst the neoplastic plasmacytoid cells.
